Bookings are now being taken for a workshop supported by Renaissance Yorkshire and East Riding of Yorkshire Council
This training session is designed to help volunteers and staff learn and practice techniques that will help them handle objects from museum collections. This training is particularly relevant for staff and volunteers from accredited museums
Trainer: George Monger, Freelance Conservator and member of AIM
- Places will be offered on first-come-first-serve basis in a two tier system: first allocation to staff and volunteers from East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire, then anyone else. Bookings from everyone, but those from other sub-regions will go on a waiting list initially.
- Organisations should send only a maximum of 2 delegates to allow for a range of museums to take part
