Course Aim
To equip Front of House staff with the confidence to deal with visitors with disabilities. Suitable for museum staff who work as part of the Front of House team
Course objectives
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
•· Welcome disabled customers
•· Be aware of duties under the DDA
•· Understand the impact of language use and labels
•· Develop listening skills
•· Answer queries and deal with complaints
•· Give information about the venue
•· Communicate with customers confidently
